How we handle information you send us.

What we receive

The enquiry tool prepares a draft in your own email application. Its fields are not submitted to or stored by this website. If you choose to send the email, we receive your email address and the information you include. A telephone call may also provide contact details and information you choose to share. The hosting provider may process technical request logs needed to serve and protect the site.

Why we use it

We use correspondence to respond to your question, assess whether work together is appropriate and maintain a record of that exchange. We do not use the enquiry tool to make an automated decision about you. The four-question fit check runs in your browser; it does not ask for or transmit your name or email. We do not add you to a marketing list from an enquiry.

Confidential work

Please keep the first message general and omit sensitive material. If an engagement proceeds, we agree access, handling, retention, permitted uses and any non-disclosure agreement before exchanging confidential data. We do not identify a client or publish engagement material without permission. Anonymised information may be used where the work allows it.

Service providers and retention

Your email provider and ours process messages you choose to send; the site host processes the requests needed to serve these pages. We have not enabled a separate hosted contact form, booking tool, advertising tracker or custom analytics on this website. We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry and any applicable records, and set specific handling and retention terms for a client engagement.

Your questions and requests

Email us if you want to know what information we hold from your correspondence, correct it or ask us to delete it. We will consider the request in light of applicable record-keeping obligations. This notice will be updated if we add a form, analytics, booking provider or other data flow.

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs certificate of incorporation dated 21 August 2024 identifies the LLPIN shown above. The GST certificate confirms the legal name, LLP constitution and GSTIN. The certificates record an address in Ernakulam; please contact us for formal correspondence details.
