Commander Rajesh Ramkumar (Retd)
Rajesh served 23 years as a commissioned officer in the Indian Navy, commanded four submarines and was Principal Instructor in operational warfare and wargaming at the Maritime Warfare Centre. He later led Resolve Marine Group’s India operations from 2019 to 2023.
Rajesh personally leads the modelling and game design at Full Ahead. When a question calls for additional specialist input, contributors and their roles are agreed in the engagement scope. The work can extend through facilitation, after-game analysis, crisis leadership and practical response procedures.
